I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a nice balcony to enjoy. The staff truly made my stay special with their excellent service. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Chester. However, I did find it a bit challenging to walk to the main bars in heels. The dining experience was delightful with quality ingredients used. Overall, a great value for the money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The terrace in my room was fabulous, especially with the casting facilities on the TV allowing me to watch from the bathroom. The large outside verandah provided a perfect spot to enjoy the view of the park. The service truly went out of their way to make my stay extra special, and their dedication should be applauded. The location was superb, right in the heart of Chester, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. However, there is room for improvement in the customer service and greeting guests properly. The dining experience was top-notch with the best quality ingredients used, especially the freshly caught fish. The hotel facilities were excellent, enhancing the overall experience.
